What we collect
Your name, email address and mobile number; your company details; the records you enter about your sites, workers, bills and payments; and basic technical data such as sign-in times and device type.
Why we use it
To run the service, to send sign-in codes, billing and service messages, and to keep your account secure. We do not sell personal data.
Who can see what
Your company’s people see only what their role and sites allow. SiteBook staff can see subscription and billing details. Support staff open a company’s records only in a logged, read-only session that the company can see.
Where it is kept
Records are stored in encrypted databases and file storage. Photos are kept in private storage and shared only through short-lived links.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. After a trial or cancellation ends, data is kept for thirty days, then deleted. Sign-in codes and delivery logs are kept for a shorter period.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data or ask us to correct it. Write to the contact address on the contact page.
Changes
We will tell you by email before material changes apply.
